What happened to me was definitely one of the worst situations that I have lived. It was last year when I was working in a shoe store, it was a normal day as every single day, I was about to take a lunch break when an older woman came into the store, I didn’t know if she had a problem with one of my coworkers, but since she entered she started to talk to me an impolite way, I didn’t know what was going on, the first thing that I thought was that the lady was confusing me, so it was. Suddenly I remembered that my partner Ella had told me days ago something about a client, so this lady, she was the woman who Ella talked about. At that moment I didn’t know what to do, it seemed to me that she was so rude, she was saying whatever it came to her mind, I tried to explain to her that I wasn’t the person she was looking  for, but she was pushing and saying: “I know the lady whose customer service was the worst and that was you”…This girl was totally wrong, she was driving me crazy, till I decided to call my coworker, I put her at the phone, and the lady realized she was making a big mistake about our faces, or our customer service, at the end it was all a misunderstanding, but it was something that I will never forget.
